However, one of the things that came out of the stream (and somehow not previously) was that it would be nice to be able to censor certain words (particularly homophobic slurs).

So the new build (v1.0123.0) adds a new preference to let you censor certain words in the game text (that defaults to "censored").

It also includes a few bug fixes, but nothing major.
